Other Awards
Image copyright Robert Snow Outstanding Leadership in a Mission Awarded to writers who have taken it upon themselves to move the mission forward, either by posting individually or organizing and leading JPs. This award represents the highest level of recognition for mission-related participation.
Image copyright Robert Snow Outstanding Mission-Related Posts Awarded to writers who have led in the forward momentum of the mission or who have made an original, positive contribution to the mission plotline. This award is meant to recognize significant service during a mission, but of a lesser extent than the Outstanding Leadership in a Mission award.
Image copyright Robert Snow Commendation for Mission Participation Awarded to writers who have frequently and consistently worked on mission-related posts during a mission.
Image copyright Robert Snow Breakout Mission Star Awarded to those writers whose characters unexpectedly became the star of a mission.
Image copyright Robert Snow Outstanding Personal Character Arc Awarded to a writer who has created an interesting, involving and compelling personal arc, either embedded within a larger mission or written as a separate piece, which has led to a significant change in character personality or has provided a major moment in a character's life experience, and has captured the interest of other players.
Image copyright Robert Snow Outstanding Side Plot Awarded to a writer who has created and led other players on an original side mission, either during a mission or during a free write period, and that has captured the interest of other players.
Image copyright Robert Snow Outstanding Non-Mission Contributions Awarded to writers who have frequently and consistently contributed to another writer's side plot, personal character arc, or otherwise contributed significantly to storylines outside the framework of the main mission.
Image copyright Robert Snow Outstanding Writing of an NPC Awarded to those writers who have brought life to an NPC or mission guest star, either during a single mission or over a longer time frame.
Image copyright Robert Snow Outstanding New Writer Awarded to a writer who has joined the sim within the last six months and who has posted frequently, either alone or in JPs, contributed to the mission in a significant way or has created a character that has captured the interest of other players.
Image copyright Robert Snow Outstanding Leadership in the Sim Awarded to writers who have shown consistent leadership in the game environment, either by contributing to the larger plot, developing reference materials, mentoring new or struggling writers, or assisting with game mechanics in general. This award is meant to recognize commitment of a similar level to Outstanding Leadership in a Mission, but focuses more on general game leadership than specific mission leadership.
